Through practical and educational activities, children and teenagers learn about fishing, marine species, life on board, safety, sustainability, teamwork and the seafaring culture of the Basque Country.

 

 

The Izan Arrantzale 2026 programme for children aged 6 to 12 is already fully booked, but there are still places available for children and teenagers aged 11 to 17 through the Izan Arrantzale Barkutik programme. Outside this initiative, families, children, friends and groups can also enjoy fishing experiences with Oribay. Our trips are open to people of all ages who want to learn how to fish from a boat or simply discover the sea in a different way.
